You are invited to give blood at the Health Center in Jimena next Thursday, July 14, from 8 to 10pm. Your donation alone could save three lives. The bloodbanks need your help. There are several conditions that are strictly adhered to: Age, between 18 and 65 (first timers, up to age 60); Weight: at least 50 kilos; Good health. In Spain, there are two months between donations and not more than 4 donations per year for men, 3 for women. Until recently there were restrictions on UK residents (mad cow disease), and there may still be, so do please mention the length of time you have lived here. Also, please remember to take your passport or residence papers.
