JIMENA We received the following by e-mail this morning: "Things are changing here, probably due to the financial crisis. Firstly, we have a bougainvillea stolen from outside our front door one evening, just the plant about 2 meters tall - but they left the pot ! Then we left a couple of empty gas bottles (best referred to as bombonas) outside the front door, ready for the gas lorry. Went out a bit later to check and one had gone! Anybody else getting this problem with annoying very petty crime? Anonymous" We don't normally publish an anonymous e-mail but this one, which carried an identification, is IMPORTANT: the only way crime, however petty, is going to be even minimally controlled is by making a denuncia at the Guardia Civil station.
