We took this picture just the other evening, on the main square in Jimena. It was truly a joy to see youngsters playing chess in the fresh air, instead of sitting at home in front of the telly or a computer game screen. Is anyone interested in creating a chess club, so more kids can be encouraged to come out to play? Make a comment or e-mail us, please.

(By e-mail) I was also in the plaza when this was happening and my kids were both over showing an interest.I think it`s a great idea to form a club. Linda Alexander
