(Press release) The Mancomunidad de Municipios del Campo de Gibraltar headquarters was the venue this morning for announcing its 'CdeG for Haiti' fund raising campaign. Regional councils and media have come aboard to raise money for four well-known NGOs: Spanish Red Cross, Médicos sin Fronteras, UNICEF and Cáritas, for whom local banks and building societies will be opening accounts. The Mancomunidad website will be updated regularly to keep the public informed of monies collected. The campaign closes on January 30th.
