(Agencies) San Roque Council has forbidden the sale and use of firecrackers, sprays, foam sprays, 'fire hammers' and other similar items throughout the Christmas holidays. According to the Council, these things "perturb the citizenry, as do other activities used to deface buildings, shop windows, vehicles and urban furniture."
