JIMENA (Agencies) The initial stage of the 'divorce' of San Martin del Tesorillo from the municipality of Jimena de la Frontera was set yesterday by Diputacion de Cadiz, the provincial authorities. The next step is that the documentation must be presented to the Junta de Andalucia, which has the final say in the matter. The Junta has 18 months to do so; if it does, the Mancomunidad de Municipios will include eight municipalities instead of the present seven. Belen Jarillo (PP), who heads the ELA, and Pascual Collado (PSOE), Mayor of Jimena, were present when the plenary session of the provincial authority made the unanimous decision.
