The Local Police took action against operators of a 'gas inspection' company after several people denounced having been charged excessively for routine 'inspections' of butane gas (bombonas) installations. They targeted the elderly, whose families reported the incidents. The police found that the operators did belong to an authorized company but that the perpetrators did not have the proper certificates as installers. They allegedly obliged their victims to sign estimates (presupuestos) and the bills (facturas) they presented. Local authorities once again advised on what to do in these circumstances, which JimenaPulse advertised recently. (See more below)>
