We came across this notification (image) in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia (BOP, or Official Provincial Bulletin) regarding a property in the Historic Quarter of Jimena, owned by one Stephen John Gaviston, and 'in a state of neglect'. The notification gives him fifteen days from publication (yesterday) to get in touch with the Town Hall, after which the Council will proceed to make the necessary repairs to the property, from which rain water is causing damage to the Agaden headquarters below. If you know him, or anyone who may know him, please advise them, as he risks losing his property if nothing is done.

I seem to recall that he was a friend of Eamon and Clodagh from Ireland,a restauranteur who had big plans for said property.....who knows what happened to him and his plans!!!Has the building been repossessed?Sorry for not seeing this article sooner!
