JimenaJazz, the local jazz club, has organized a concert to coincide with the Mycology Workshops. Toonik, the band that has been a grand success here before, will be performing at the Casa Verde on Calle Sevilla on Saturday, November 28 at 10.30pm. Toonik is composed of Louis René Portelano on keyboard, Coki Jiménez on drums and percussion and Carlos Pino on guitar. If you like jazz and want to become a member of JimenaJazz, do come along and ask to join. One of the movers and shakers is none other than Ricardo Gómez (a.k.a. Tio Jimeno).
