(Press release) The head of the SAM municipal help programme, Jesús Bueno, the Mayor of Jimena, Pascual Collado, and the Councillor for Sport, Fernando Gómez, yesterday inspected the work being carried out at the Andrés Sarrias football grounds, where artficial grass is to be laid to convert an area for a 7-a-side football pitch while another area is converted for use as a 5-a-side pitch and training ground. The work is being carried out with advice from Athletic Club Jimena, and the remaining work, which includes stands and drainage, among others, will be put out to tender soon, according to Gómez.
