This is the next Council, but who is what, where and when?

Thanks to TioJimeno, who is much better versed in the vicissitudes of local politics than ourselves, we can offer the composition of the next Council in Jimena - with some likely changes that have to do with the unfortunate illness of the Mayor-elect, Paco Pineda (see Unusual post-electoral situation in Jimena), as well as whether or not there is any kind of agreement between the two parties with seven seats on the Council (PP and PSOE) and/or with the 'hinge' party (IU) that will allow a government to be formed this coming Saturday. In any case, the names are as follows:
PP
Francisco Pineda (who is ill), Guillermo Ruiz, Cristóbal Lirios, María Rosa Mena, Pedro Corbacho, María José Pro, Olivia Sánchez Carrasco.

PSOE
Pascual L. Collado, Jesús Solís, Andrés Beffa, Juani Jiménez, Mercedes Segovia, Fernando Gómez, Juan José Rondón Morales.
IU-LV-CA
Francisco Gómez, Juani Gil
PA
José Antonio Castilla

Ana Belen Jarillo (PP) resigned her post as Councillor to take up the 'mayorship' of the ELA in Tesorillo.
Belen Guerrero (PSOE) also resigned her seat on the Council
