JIMENA Well, it is! The lift is being put into the shaft at the Town Hall. Or to put it more seriously and in tone with the Council press release on the subject, technicians and specialized workers are this week fitting the cabin into the shaft (sit down, madam, please!) that has been built specially for the purpose in the main Council building in order to make it easier for those challenged mobility-wise to access the aforesaid building, which until now lacked this modern accoutrement but no longer will.
