Traffic to be cut on Calle Romo; Llanete will be inaccessible

[IMPORTANT, MAP COMING SOON] JIMENA (Press release) The Department of Works and the Local Police announce that the next road to be impacted by major roadworks for replacement of sewers, etc. in Jimena include Callejón del Gato, Romo, Ceniza and Llanete. Traffic flow and other incidences will as follows:
  • Ceniza (to the right of ski slope towards Romo) and Romo to be cut off some time early next week.
  • Access to Barrio Bajo (Lower Village) from Santa Ana and Autoridad Portuaria (ski slope) will be via Quirós and Corral de Concejo, then the long access/exit down and around.
  • Llanete will not have an exit, so drivers are advised that they will not be able to use this street to get onto Romo.
