Students under the Parques Periurbanos de Jimena employment scheme have recently carried out a clean-up and pruning in the area around the Santuario, or Convento, in Estación, according to information from the council's department in charge. The work has consisted in the removal of considerable accumulated rubbish as well as vegetation, including a dried out tree that could have been dangerous, from the zone and homes in that section of the village also called Los Ángeles (and about which this site wishes they would make their minds up).
