A good service story

(Via e-mail) "A GOOD service story. This morning I telephoned Telefonica on their 1004 number and immediately had the option to speak in English. I then reported an out of order number. At lunch-time an engineer called to say that he would call at 4.30pm. He turned up on time and fixed the fault. At about 7.30pm I had another call from them to ask if all was OK. Well done Telefonica! Sheila" Thanks, Sheila, we like to hear the good news, too!
